CBP™ ATP Program Introduction and Benefits
 
Every year many of our young people leave the school environment to seek employment within organizations and government institutions. The CBP program assists these young professionals and other business professionals by training and certifying the candidate with skills needed for the workplace and life.

This has resulted in a significant opportunity for the CBP program and our Authorized Training Partners. The market is continuous and reliable with literally millions of young individuals worldwide, leaving the school environment needing business and soft skills for the workplace.

As such the CBP program was developed by industry-wide and cross platform job task analysis and consultation with key industry representatives to ensure the program’s effectiveness and applicability. This ensures that the candidate is exposed to functional business tasks and gains practical exposure to the work environment.

Membership in the CBP™ ATP program includes the following benefits:
  • Referral opportunities: All CBP™ ATPs are eligible to receive customer leads and referrals through the CBP™ program for professionals who are interested in training on their business skills. These professionals can find out about your company through the official CBP™ ATP search engine on the CBP™ program web site at www.CBPcertify.com, or through the CBP™ ATP program department.
  • CBP™ ATP Welcome Kit: On confirmation of your status as a CBP™ ATP, you will receive a welcome kit that contains a CBP ATP membership certificate and additional sales support information.
  • CBP™ Certified Instructor Program: As a CBP™ ATP, you will have access to a specialized certification program for your instructors to prepare them to teach the CBP™ courses.
  • ATP Marketing Programs: Joint marketing and marketing support are one of the unique features of the CBP ATP program. The CBP ATP Support team will be available to assist partners in developing marketing strategies along with providing pre-designed marketing and promotional campaigns, including CBP™ brochures and logos, flyers, ad campaigns, handouts, and more.
  • Exclusive CBP™ logo usage: All ATP partners have the right to use CBP™ ATP logos, CBP™ Professional, CBP Specialists and Master CBP™ logos for web sites, marketing materials, and other documentation.
  • Educational Support: All CBP™ ATPs will receive electronic weekly CBP™ News Flashes that contain program and industry news that will benefit your staff and business planning. Additionally, our Content Development Partners, CDPs are continuously working on improving the CBP curriculum to represent market demands.
  • Program Support: Your CBP™ training efforts will be supported by our professional CBP™ ATP program department staff that is available to answer any of your questions or support needs worldwide.

CBP™ ATP Application Process
 
In order to apply to the CBP™ ATP program, please follow these easy steps:
  1. Meet the following initial minimum CBP™ ATP program requirements at the time of application:

    • Employ a minimum of one (1) CBP™ Certified Instructor (CBP™ CI) per site
  2. To apply for the program, request your CBP application Form and submit your CBP ATP fees.
  3. Upon expressing your interest by filling out the CBP ATP Application Form you will be contact within two weeks by your CBP ATP Regional Program Director who may request or provide additional information from your organization to complete your application process.
  4. Allow an additional two weeks after you are contacted by your regional director for a written or electronic notice of approval or denial. If your application is considered incomplete, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation. If you application is denied your payment would be immediately returned to your organization. NOTE: You must receive notification of Approval before you may advertise or represent yourself as a CBP™ ATP.
  5. Submit your company's logo electronically to the Marketing Department at CBPMarketing@IBTALearning.com for promotional purposes.
  6. Receive a CBP™ ATP Program Welcome Kit in the mail within four weeks after your approval. Follow the instructions in the kit on how to maximize the CBP™ program success at your center.
  7. You may begin to offer the CBP program to your candidates.
Your CBP ATP authorization becomes effective the month it is approved for a term of 12 months. Your authorization will remain in effect for one year or until a written cancellation is filed.



CBP ATP Logo Usage Requirement
 
All CBP ATPs are required to prominently display the CBP ATP logo on their website homepage or their training section Web site homepage.
